Roy Mcleod

Preaching Minister

Roy McLeod serves as the Preaching Minister at the Church of Christ at Creeds. With a heart for discipleship and a passion for teaching God’s Word, Roy is committed to helping people grow in their faith and walk more closely with Christ.

Roy is a graduate of Mid-Atlantic Christian University (formerly Roanoke Bible College). He spent over 30 years in youth ministry at the South Mills Church of Christ (NC), where he invested deeply in students and families, helping shape generations of believers.

His ministry is rooted in a simple mission: to make disciples for Jesus. Roy believes in clear, practical Bible teaching that connects with everyday life and encourages spiritual growth in every stage of life.

Having spent part of his youth in the Creeds community, Roy has a special connection to the area and is grateful for the opportunity to serve alongside the church family here.

Roy and his wife, Betty, have been married for over two decades and are blessed with two sons, Ryan and Jayson. His mother, Marti, is also an important part of their family. In his free time, Roy enjoys following baseball, especially cheering on the Cincinnati Reds.

Roy looks forward to building relationships, sharing God’s Word, and serving the Creeds congregation for years to come.
